Ann, in the beginning of the post there is a section called, "Preparing the dressing." It describes how to make this yummy vinaigrette, which we've copied here for your convenience. Here are the necessary ingredients: 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 medium shallot, finely chopped 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste "Combine the vinegar, mustard, and shallot in a medium bowl. Whisk in the olive oil a little at a time, to make a thick emulsion. Season to taste, then set aside." We hope that helps! Kye@KAF
