Hi Vera, we're not completely sure what you mean by a "900 oven," but the cold start method should work with most ovens. Since warm up time can vary so much, I generally recommend removing the lid of your Dutch oven after 30 minutes of baking when starting in a cold oven, and then continue baking without the lid until the bread is done.
