For years I have made no knead bread in a smoking hot dutch oven, using a sling of parchment to move the boule from a similarly shaped vessel to the preheated dutch oven. Then last year I tried your recipe for no knead trail mix bread. Wow! What a revelation. Great oven spring and the recipe itself is delicious. The other aspect of this method that I appreciate is that we save energy by skipping the preheat stage. Thanks for all your kitchen chemistry research. Keep up the good work and I love King Arthur products, the only ones I use.
