Just so you know, if you have an Emile Henry Crock and Dutch Oven like the one we sell, this pot is very versatile, and you can do a cold start, put the dough/pot in a preheated oven, or preheat the pot empty (for 30 minutes) before baking, so you have lots of bread baking options with this pot.
