I watched someone on YouTube trying to make one of Paul Hollywood's loaves that got tipped into a hot Dutch oven and he got the results I expected: a rather flat loaf, though it was declared as being delicious. I was beginning to think I'd wasted my money buying one. Thanks to you, I now know I haven't. Bless you, Kye. I'm making a ordinary wholemeal and white mixture loaf at the moment and putting it in my usual baking tin, but next time I'm going to make a Dutch Oven loaf following your advice.
