The 'No-knead Crusty White Bread' recipe lists a first rise, followed by refrigeration, and then a second rise.
The article 'Baking in a cold Dutch oven: how it works' says to prepare your dough as instructed in the recipe, and it says to do two rises. Does this method also include the refrigeration period after a first rise, as in the recipe instructions?
