This is a fantastic article. I was gifted a Romertopf unglazed baker. It has to be put into a cold oven, I haven't tried bread with it yet. I only bake sourdough so it will be a wet dough. This article was so very helpful! I also have a Le Cassoulet Dutch oven so I am looking forward to trying both out.
