Nancy Hough January 30, 2021 at 2:31pm I use my Mother's 1930's preheated cast aluminum dutch oven. The only adaptation I make is to cover the wooden lid knob with several layers of aluminum foil to prevent it from burning at 450 degrees F. Excellent results. Reply
