I bake bread in a Dutch oven and it consistently turns out great. I heat the pot, with the lid on, as the oven preheats. To bake, place your dough on parchment and carefully lower into the pot. Put the lid on and bake, removing the lid for the last 15 minutes of baking. Perfect every time.
