Hi Muriel! Your Dutch oven should be safe for most recipes, but it will depend on which bread your baking. If a recipe calls for a higher temperature it may take a bit longer to bake and brown fully. You also may not notice that you won't get as much oven spring with a lower temperature. Happy baking!
