We're sorry to hear that you're having such trouble, Jennifer! It could be that the dough is getting over-proofed making for a loaf that is a bit sticky and starting to deflate. The loaf may just need to be shaped tighter as well, to create more surface tension. We'd recommend checking out our Scoring bread dough blog article for some tips. We hope this helps!
