Help! I have a strong starter. I like using the cold crock method but I think my Dutch oven is too big? It is 11” diameter. It seems to spread out too much and therefore isn’t a beautiful rounded crusty loaf. I intend to keep trying. I have been using the rustic bread recipe using yeast until i get it perfected. Also, when I make the dough, I let it rise one time and then slightly knead to put into baking container for second rise. Correct? I am looking into buying a bread and potato pot thinking that is more the correct size. Any help is greatly appreciated. The bread still tastes great even though it doesn’t look like I want it to. Thanks!
