Question about the cold Dutch oven baking of the No Knead Bread. The original recipe calls for one rise after taking it out of the fridge. But the cold D.O. explanation seems to call for 2 rises--one at room temp, then one more after shaping. Are both of those after taking the dough out of the fridge and a previous rise at room temp?
