Thank you for this blog entry. I just found it and I will try it right now. The dough has now been out of the fridge for an hour. I tried the test of the indent but the dough is still very sticky. I have decided to move it to another, warmer room, as the kitchen is rather cold. I will give it another 15 minutes before putting the lid on it and put it in the oven. Any suggestions why it is still wet?
