Can't wait to try the cold oven cold pot method. My loaves always fall when dropped into the hot pot (and sometimes land cockeyed) and don't rise again very much so I have a wet dense loaf tho the final internal temp is 210. Fingers crossed I get a gorgeous full rise with the cold method. Thank you!
