Hi Patty! You could bake the No-Knead Crusty White Bread at 400°F and use the cold Dutch oven method, the bread just might not rise quite as high or brown as much, so you'll want to keep that in mind. We'd suggest checking on the bread at the recommended 25 to 35 minutes after the oven is fully preheated and going from there, we think you'll find that it needs another 10 to 15 minutes after that but it's best to keep an eye on things at first when you change up an element of a technique.
