I just received a very expensive Dutch oven for Christmas. Not only can it NOT be preheated, but can only withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees. Can I make your white bread recipe using the cold start method at 400 degrees instead of 450? How much longer would I bake bread? Thank you for your help. Patty
