Greetings- I have the No-Knead Crusty White Bread prepared, setting out on the counter, waiting for the 2 hr. wait ( & proofing nicely) to put in the fridge overnight. I think I am missing something here. I have the Emile Henry Dutch oven that I plan to use to bake. My question is cool or hot Dutch oven? If I choose heated pot do I place the Dutch oven in the oven to bring up to temp or heat Dutch oven on the burner of the range?
Please explain this part of the process. I am sure it is simple.
