We're so glad to hear that you've been enjoying our pie crust mix, Steven! You certainly can use the mix for any pie recipe you'd like. If you find you only need one crust for a recipe, the second one can be wrapped well in plastic wrap and stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Happy baking!
