Hi there, Misty! If you'd like to add some cream cheese to your hand pies we'd suggest using a cheese filling for danishes, like the filling from our Danish Pastry recipe. We'd recommend only adding about a tablespoon of the cheese filling so that the hand pie doesn't become overfilled and leak. Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
