Hi John! You can freeze them for up to three months, wrapped very well in plastic wrap. Add an extra 1/4 teaspoon of thickener per cup of fruit whenever you freeze a pie. You can bake from frozen, adding a couple of minutes to account for the cold filling. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
