We're so glad we could help you craft a hit-worthy dish, Wendy! Since our Pie Filling Enhancer includes sugar and ascorbic acid, you're going to want to use more of it than you would of corn starch or ClearJel, and you'll also want to reduce the sugar used. It may take a little experimentation to get the amounts just right, but we'd start by using 2 Tbsp of Pie Filling Enhancer and reducing the sugar by 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp. Best of luck and happy baking!
