In a Coconut Crustless pie here are the ingredients:
½ cup all-purpose flour; ½ cup sugar; ½ teaspoon kosher salt; 2 cups milk; 4 eggs; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut. I was wondering if reducing the sugar to 1/4c [due to the sweetened coconut] might turn out well. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
