I reduced sugar to 1/4 cup in my pumpkin pie( your recipe) also used 1 tablespoon of molasses ( regular) & 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses. I added fresh grated ginger, tad more clove, and black & pink pepper. Also 1 tablespoon of King Arthur Almond flour. Yes it was a darker pie addded whipped cream top ( no sugar) It was delicious and sweet enough. Going to make this recipe with a 1/4 cup swerve rather than white sugar next.
