Sugar substitutes can be 600% sweeter, but Truvia for Baking is actually a mixture of granulated sugar, stevia, and erythritol, so it's not 600% sweeter (if I'm understanding you). Truvia for Baking sweetens to the same level as granulated sugar, but by using half as much, and with 75% fewer calories — and that would be the reason to use it, if you're counting calories for weight control.
