Thanks for asking, Linda, and for being such an avid proponent of our flour! While these low-sugar recipes aren't in a cookbook of our own, we do often turn to the Baker's Companion when looking for guaranteed classic recipes. You're welcome to apply the sugar reduction guidelines discovered in this post to any pie recipes in that book.
