This was great. I struggled with cups, I am a grams baker and what should have been easy turned into a dough swamp. I just kept at it(cutting was helpful) and I went from wonderinf if the dough would puddle onto the floor to a sticky, and binding mess that loomed like wet dough with slap and folds. Now I think this won’t be done until later, but I will add a few stretch and folds to smooth it out thanks!
