You're very welcome, Shelby! These techniques can certainly be used to help you tackle other sticky doughs! And I would highly recommend adding the 20-30 minute pause after you've blended all the ingredients but before you start kneading. This pause will allow the flour to fully hydrate and begin gluten development so you have any easier time with the next steps. Barb
