Barbara, I don't have a stand mixer so I've always used a food processor to make pizza dough. Is there a significant difference in the features, quality, taste, texture, etc. of dough mixed and kneaded with a dough hook mixer, food processor, or by hand. Your comments about cutting dough got me thinking as a food processor cuts while spinning/kneading. Thanks, Paul Easton, MD
