I must say I'm very impressed that you and Caitlin can make time to bake bread with your three little ones! Are you able to get them involved? I was never very good at cooking with my boys, but whenever I baked bread I gave them each a hunk of dough and let them shape it and add goodies like raisins and chocolate chips to create their own bread.
