Hi there, Menaka! We're sorry to hear that your baguettes weren't quite crusty enough the first time around. If you have a baking stone or steel, you might consider baking the baguettes on there rather than on a baking sheet, this will help produce a more crisp crust. If you don't have one of those, you can try baking the baguettes for a bit longer. You might also enjoy checking out the Baguettes edition of Martin Bakes at Home for some tips! We hope this helps!
