Gave this recipe a whirl~! I gave the polish a full 20 hour ferment because it's winter and the house is a bit cooler than the summer months. This turned out fantastic! I wish I could post photos. It's important to follow the recipe carefully, if done, this is an easy first time home run for novice home bakers. Made the best bruschetta I've ever had! KA flours are amazing! I've been a fan for decades.
