I've made this recipe twice now and I'm finding the baking time is too long. The loaves achieve the desired colour within 15 minutes and the tops are burning by 20. I am preheating the oven to 450F for about an hour prior and using the cast iron for water. Is it okay to reduce baking time without compromising the result? TIA
