I love this recipe and techniques. On my first try I didn’t get the cut right on the bread(see your photo of finished loaves), I wanted that textured opening. I think I over kneaded when I shaped the loaves. So now I want to try my second batch but cut the recipe in half. Can you reply with measurements to adjust to a half batch?
