This is a very easy recipe. I've made these twice and did a better job the second time. I use a baking stone with parchment to bake my baguettes. For steam this time I used an 8X8 aluminum pan for the water and was very pleased with the result. This is the second bake along challenge I've done and they are a lot of fun. Thank you KAF!
