I did this bake along and because I was trying to do several things at once I made a mistake with the timing of the second rise. The baguettes did come out although not as large as they should have been. they were tasty and a hit so when I do it right the next time I will be a rock star! thank you for the bake alongs! I am such a novice and enjoy learning new skills. cathy
