Hi Shirley, we're glad to hear you're eager to use our Sprouted Wheat Flour! We have a recipe for Whole Wheat Baguettes, which you could use as a base and replace the whole wheat flour with Sprouted Wheat Flour. Alternately, you could use our Six-Grain Baguettes recipe if you want a little crunch of whole grains in your bread. (Again, replace the White Whole Wheat Flour with Sprouted Wheat Flour.)
