Hi PJ, What is room temperature for you? I live in a warm, humid country where temp averages 33 degrees Celsius (82 F). I found baking bread requires that I turn on air conditioning in the kitchen especially during the summer. I'm thinking whether I should bring the starter to my bedroom where it's much cooler. Thank you!
