If you'd like to use the Measure for Measure in popovers, you'll want to follow a recipe that was created using traditional wheat flour and convert it to be gluten-free by using the Measure for Measure blend. We'd suggest trying out our Popovers recipe with the Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. For yeasted baked goods, such as bread, we always recommend following a recipe that was created to be gluten-free and using our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour.
