Would the reverse-creaming method/paste method work if we want to add some alcohol-infused raisins and dates into the batter? If so, at which stage would you recommend incorporating the fruits into the batter? I tried your Caribbean Rum cake recipe using this method and loved it; so I wanted to try making a British fruitcake/Christmas cake using this method. Please advice. Thanks! Rusha
