Delicious bread! Thank you for this fine recipe. I 'm a beginner sour dough baker and love it so much, won't go back for any other bread. I'm still experimenting with the sour dough starter. I want to store some in the fridge since I'm only baking about every 2. week for the two of us. My last bread called for 2cups of starter. My starter is about medium thick. How much would you recommend to keep and how much should I feed it once a week? Do I have to discard some when I feed it? How much food does it need when I have about 3 cups of starter? I watched to many you tubes and I'm a bit confused as what to do. Thank you for any help.
