I am disappointed that Chiffon cake wasn't one of the styles of cake tested. Isn't chiffon cake the /most/ common type of cake? (Perhaps not the most common type of cake to be made from scratch by home bakers, but typical boxed mixes make a chiffon-style cake, is my understanding. I know that when I've made chiffon cake from scratch, it closely resembles the texture/moisture of standard box-cake mix results) Chiffon cake is my favorite kind, and I'd have loved to see results for it in the test!
