Two years ago I was baking Chocolate Chip cookies and after they were baked realized I forgot the half cup of packed brown sugar and I loved them usually they are too sweet for my liking. It comes out to 1 teaspoon per cookie and we love them that was a great mistake. I never tried the reverse swapping the White sugar for the brown sugar the color would be darker. They are more like a cake cookie softer in texture.
