Rita, So am I. I am taking a class through work for pre-diabetics, sponsored by the CDC and a local hospital. In the class, we are supposed to take our carbohydrates down to a low amount. I make a banana bread for the week, and have a small slice every morning with my yogurt and blueberries. I am looking forward to trying the 10 percent reduction in sugar. Every little bit helps.
