I've been milling my own flour for a while now, but I can't seem to find an exact answer on how you can mill bread flour? I mostly use Hard White and Kamut in my baking - would I just mill these and sift them to make bread flour? I've also read about adding vital wheat gluten to make bread flour, but they're always using All Purpose flour. I hate to have freshly milled flour for dough only to add store bought bread flour! Do you have any guidance?
