I just bought a cast iron griddle from the Lodge store. They also had a container for mixing/shaking pancake batter that has a spout for squeezing batter right into the pan. Do you know if shaking the batter but doing it for a shorter amount of time would keep pancakes fluffy. Or should I mix the batter in a separate bowl and transfer to the container to let it rest and pour from there?
I am excited to try this new technique with my new griddle!
Thanks!
