Mary Weathers April 15, 2021 at 9:52am I have my mom’s recipe, which calls for mixing the rhubarb and sugar and letting it sit in a covered bowl overnight as in marinating the rhubarb. I think it’s the best recipe I’ve tasted. The recipe came from an Iowa restaurant about 65 years ago. Reply
