Hi MiMi, we haven't (thus far) developed a keto-friendly version of our basic scone recipe, but I will definitely suggest that we do so! In the meantime, I think it should work fine to substitute the Keto Wheat Flour and Baking Sugar Alternative into this recipe. You'll want to increase the liquid by 25% when using the Keto Wheat Flour in a scone, biscuit or pie crust recipe. You may also want to reduce the baking temperature to 400°F when using the BSA in place of sugar in this recipe, since the scones are likely to brown up a little faster with BSA.
