I'm looking for some advise. I have three pantry ingredients that I think could come together in a beautiful way in this scone recipe: unsweetened toasted coconut flakes, coconut flavoring and coconut milk powder. I see your coconut version uses 3/4 c coconut. I can do that. How much flavoring do you recommend and would that replace vanilla or enhance vanilla? Lastly and most confusing to me - how can I incorporate the coconut milk powder? Dry and added w/ other dry? How much? Replace other dry? Or added w/ wet before combining? How much? Still use dairy milk? Please help!!
