I made these yesterday for the first time. I added dried cranberries and chopped dried apricots. I put them in the freezer for 30 min before baking, as directed. When they baked all the butter ran out, there was quite a puddle of butter in the baking pan (glad I used a pan, not a baking sheet!). They didn't seem right, is it? They looked OK and tasted fine.
